19th Century Italian Empire Crystal Candle Chandelier

About the Item

A charming classical Empire style Italian chandelier born for candle lighting, featuring nine arms ending with candles, no electric wiring, can be used as candle holders or decorative candelabra. Later crystal festoons made by new square shaped crystals join together the circular brass rings. In the lower section, spear shaped new crystal pendants dress the bottom of this antique chandelier of Italian origin. Good condition, the antique iron structure reveals old weldings and dates back to 19th century born for candle lighting. The chandelier is already set up for electric lighting as you can see from the small holes for the electric wires on the plates. Wear consistent with age and use. Later crystals. No wiring. Weighs 6 kg. This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 1850 years ago requires a governative license for export called Belle Arti. The shipping may require additional 2/3 handling weeks to require and get the license according to the final destination of the artwork. Thanks to its evergreen and linear design, can be placed in contemporary and luxury interiors.
