Original Herbert Terry Anglepoise Industrial Desk Lamp Model 1227
About the Item
Early 1938 Herbert Terry Anglepoise lamp (model 1227) in excellent original vintage condition having the benefit of new wiring with black cable flex of The lamp eatures a solid three tiered solid heavy base.
- The fork is separated into different components and the centre block was often chrome plated.
- The fork block says ‘The Anglepoise – made by Herbert Terry
- The arms/springs/wing nuts to tighten etc all in perfect order. Easily maneuvered to desired position and steady once in place.
H 92 x 15 cm Square base x shade 16 x 15 cm.
Originally designed as an industrial task lamp this iconic design is now as relevant in the home.
