Antique Country French Louis XV Mirror
About the Item
Antique country French Louis XV mirror was sculpted from old-growth oak, and features a splendid rendition of the Rococo flair yet on a more subdued, casual effect. The triple arched crown is boldly molded in multiple tiers, and features a beautifully sculpted asymmetrical shell, floral and foliate crest at the center. Rounded cornerposts feature carved embellishment, and provide a framework for the generously sized mirror, beveled to follow the contours of the triple arched framework which also feature carved acanthus plumes for even more visual appeal. Fully framed and trimmed with molding even on the base, it is ready to add a visual accent to any room, flooding it with ambient light and providing a lovely reflection of your decor!
