About the Item
A Swedish Gustavian Period gilt pier mirror with pierce carved ribbon and foliate crest decoration, accented with foliate swags, continued on the beveled mirror surround and base. Dates to the late 18th or early 19th century, in very good condition, with minor high point losses, minor glass spotting, gilt touch ups, and light wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: Approximately 62 in H x 26 in W x 3.5 in D.
