Carved French Trumeau Mirror
About the Item
This mirror is painted with a cream color paint that has been intentionally distressed. The cornice has egg and dart molding carved in high relief. The frieze has a carved interlaced floral motif framed by rectangular molding. The painting above the mirror is an oil painting on canvas depicting two doves in an oval frame surrounded by floral swags. The framing around the painting and the mirror both have a carved repeating pattern.
