Modernist Night Stand in Oak and black steel
About the Item
The Mayet bedside table consists of a drawer veneered in oak, levitating on a mat black steel base, hand polished and welded. A shelf also hand veneered in oak nests below the drawer for additional storage space. This designer bedside table, which can also serve as a coffee table (its drawer can open in both directions) exudes style and character.
Materials: Base in cold rolled steel, hand welded and polished, with a choice of two possible finishes: mat black powder coated or rough finish (this finish leaves some welding and polishing marks apparent, for an “industrial” look). Drawer and shelf in beech plywood with oak veneer on all surfaces.
