The book was issued in a limited edition print run of only 1500 signed copies, each with its own certificate of authenticity. The certificate of authenticity is dated March 1, 2004, and is signed by author Cokie Roberts and publisher at Easton Press, Roy S. Pfiel. Roberts additionally signed the limitation page in blue felt-tipped ink. The book is numbered 1,045 of 1500 leather-bound first editions.
