Signed and inscribed hardcover with dust jacket. 164 pp. An overview of the art of quilt making for children. In this beautifully illustrated book Sandi Fox, one of America's leading quilt scholars, tells of the history of the craft in the 19th century with 100 black and white and 70 color photographs. The designs include log cabin, star of Bethlehem, Crazy, all white quilts and many more. Because of their size they are easier to display, make and collect.
