Antique Victorian Ladies Leather Piedmont Shoes Boots Mercantile Store Display

About the Item

Pair of antique Victorian ladies high boots constructed of brown leather and used as mercantile models for a store display. Each sole has an impressed mark of "Piedmont" in script and are presumed to have their origins in Victorian England.

  • Condition:
    Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. One of the boots has a small, dime sized, hole in the leather covering the top as photographed. There is also some superficial discoloration of the leather in various spots on both boots. The soles shoe wear and scuffing consistent with age and use.
