A rare and very good quality English Regency period mahogany tea caddy in the form of a miniature serpentine sideboard with lift up hinged lid and carved decoration (This unusual piece is a combination of both a piece of miniature furniture and a tea caddy. Almost certainly designed in this way to disguise the fact it is vessel for storing the expensive commodity of tea it is a most collectable and charming piece of English Regency design.)
