Early 20th Century French Napoleon III Brass Wire Birdcage
About the Item
Decorate your home with this whimsical antique bird cage. Crafted in France, circa 1920, this cage made of brass, is cylindrical in shape and topped with a rounded dome embellished with a decorative hanging hook. The cage features one bowl feeding compartment, a swing and a side door to get birds in and out. The door locks with a long rod that pull in and out. The Napoleon III style birdcage is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich polished patinated gilt finish.
