Rare Travel Typewriter

A rare antique travel typewriter; the body completely covered in vintage brown crocodile. The typewriter itself is a Remington portable - RNP - made for the European market in the late 30s. The size typical of a traditional travel model at 5" high x 13" wide and includes a touch regulator to the right of the keyboard. With original fitted black leather case and key. Marked with serial number ND158035. The serial number indicates that this is a Remington Deluxe Noiseless made in September, 1938. This model also sold as Monarch Deluxe Noiseless, Smith Premier Noiseless Portable or with the Underwood name.
