A fine and rare late 19th century Mexican child’s ‘sombrerito.' The workmanship is incredibly fine with elaborate hand woven fiber cord, straw, wire and hand woven black ribbon. Classic high crown and wide brim – circa 1880.
Dimensions: measures 16.5 inches diameter. Overall height, including display stand, is 24 inches.
