1940s French Carved wood swan chaise with down cushion. Needs reupholstering. Missing 2 florets on top as shown in picture. Middle 2 legs lean in ( that’s how the chaise was made ).

Intricately carved detailed frame with turned rope top of frame, stepped leafs to the arms with intricate architectural detail to lower frame. Padded inset armrest with scrolled ends. Fluted leg tops adorned with floret detail. An exceptional and stunning period shape having a full back rest surround. Cushion maintains original horse hair fill.
