Danish 1940's Black Leather Large Wingback Lounge Chair with Patina
About the Item
A rare find. Large wingback lounge chair in black leather. Maker unknown but the chair is much in the style of the Fritz Hansen chairs at the time. The leather remains supple and in unusual good condition for its age with lots of noble patina and wear but no rips and tears. Leather partly fastened/decorated with tacks on the back and sides. Sturdy and strong construction with spring coils in the seat and backrest. Strong statement piece and very masculine. Overall very good condition.
