Pair of Cocobolo Rosewood and Hemp Cord 1940s Lounge Chairs Rare

About the Item

Pair of rare cocobolo rosewood South American lounge chairs wrapped in hemp cord in a herringbone pattern. The chairs were brought back to Virginia by an OSS officer stationed in Central America during World War II. The seats have been rewrapped in hand dyed hemp cord. The pair of chairs are in very good condition.
