Hello,
This elegant Austrian Biedermeier sofa was made circa 1830.
Austrian Biedermeier pieces are distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design, excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design.
This lovely Biedermeier sofa has a beautiful walnut bookmached veneer accentuated by a light amber tone and 200 years old patina.
The upholstery beautifully emphasizes the warm amber shade of the walnut and fine ebonized columns with high block feet.
The piece sit well and is very comfortable.
We are providing a Certificate of Authenticity.
The sofa will be a great complement to any elegant interior. It does not matter whether it is a classic or modern interior because Biedermeier is simply timeless.
