Indian 19th Century Cabinet with Metal Fretwork Motifs and Oval Medallions

An Indian wooden kitchen cabinet from the 19th century, with metal fretwork motifs and oval medallions. Crafted in India during the 19th century, this kitchen cabinet features a molded cornice sitting above two large doors, adorned with metal fretwork motifs in their upper sections and oval medallions with carved flowers at the bottom. Fitted with ring pulls, the doors open thanks to a wooden latch to reveal inner shelves offering great storage opportunities, while the ensemble is raised on a bracketed plinth. With its brown patina and fretwork motifs, this antique Indian cabinet will make for a great addition to any kitchen or living room.
