A very good quality pair of 19th century French ormolu and porcelain mounted pier cabinets, each with cross-banded decoration, monopodia supports, the Sevres style porcelain plaques depicting romantic scenes, mounted on doors that open to reveal a shelf within, raised on plinth bases with further ormolu mounts.
