English Chippendale Quarter Column Chest

About the Item

English Chippendale chest, the two over three drawers with open fretwork brass pulls, reeded quarter column terminates with inlaid plinth. The chest rests on ogee bracket feet.

    Additions or alterations made to the original: The brass pulls are not original but are handmade copies from England of an 18th century pull ; the ogee feet are not original but the chest likely did have this style foot ( we have had several chests similar to this with original ogee feet.). Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use.
