Victorian small mahogany Wellington chest
This Victorian small mahogany Wellington chest was made circa 1865.
It is a 5-drawer version and so not as tall as the usual Wellington chests you will see.
This is in the high-quality bracket of grading and was made in one of the prestige workshops of the day.
The cabinetmaker has chosen the best grade of materials to use and so this timber shows a wonderful rich colour and interesting grain.
The 5 drawers graduate thus giving you options regarding storage options.
The locking bar is to the right, this is on hinges and unlocks with the key.
