Vintage "Planner Group" Credenza by Paul McCobb for Winchendon Furniture

About the Item

Exceptional vintage “Planner Group” credenza by Paul McCobb for Winchendon Furniture in the United States, circa 1950s. This credenza belongs to the famous "Planner Group" line, which stands out for its modern design and minimalist profile. This credenza is model #1514 and stands out for the sophisticated choice of materials used in its construction and the versatility it offers the user. Features two smoked glass doors, which are sliding doors and have small structurally detailed handles that are barely visible but fit wonderfully with the furniture's design. Inside the doors, there are a total of four ebonized drawers that are complemented by an adjustable/removable shelf and adequate storage space on the right side. The structure that makes up the credenza has been manufactured from the highest quality maple wood and contrasts wonderfully with the rest of the furniture's colors. Something important to mention is that this credenza still has the original manufacturer's label located inside one of the drawers. Undoubtedly, you will love this credenza, providing your home with even greater lucidity and elegance.
