Late 17th Century English Oak Geometrically Moulded Dresser Base

About the Item

A superb 17th century oak serving dresser having a tremendous presence. The two planked top above a central cupboard door, flanking the cupboard are two banks of cushion and geometrically moulded drawers. The bottom of the dresser is finished by a bold mould and supported on short stile feet. Of a good colour and condition a rare example of 17th century furniture.
