French Louis XV Secretary, circa 1850

About the Item

This beautiful quarter sawn oak secretary is comprised of three pieces. It features a top shelf cabinet with two shelves, a middle section with a drop down writing surface and eight compartments, and a base with a wide, deep drawer on cabriole legs with whorl feet. Flowers and foliage are included in the ornate carvings.
