Stand/Sit Desk or Worktable
About the Item
Great industrial eye-catcher as a work station in a hip company or the man cave.
But also as a presentation place for a special (museum) object would be a great function!
The starting point for this sit-stand (desk) workplace is a Firenze (Italy) photo studio tripod from the 1960s, which later became known as the producer Manfrotto.
In front of the working arm (where the camera stood) a plywood milled desktop is made with plasticized (this layer is replaceable) glass plate.
This glass plate could also be replaced with company logo variants, etc.
The tabletop includes indirect and dimmable multi-color LED lighting all around.
Additional color LED lamp, which can be operated separately, centrally in the top as effect lighting under a keyboard or an object placed here.
In the column a working counterweight which relieves the adjustment of the worktop via a pulley.
The tripod can be moved easily on the built-in wheels by slightly tilting.
At the top of the column is a sliding and adjustable work light from Jieldé (France).
This is equipped with a powerful Philips warm white LED lamp which is switched and dimmed by a control knob directly under the worktop.
Under this worksheet also a power-socket strip (230V) with switch and a charging converter with four USB connections.
Color scheme, everything in newly applied black hammer, column is original chrome/nickel (with signs of wear).
The I-mac on the picture's is not included.

Industrial Re-designs
Industrial Re-designs is Ruud Strobbe who's a commercial photographer with a design and re-shape passion.
He has a preference for the styles and design of industrial products from roughly the period from 1920 until the 70’s.
Lots of these beautiful subtile shaped and nicely detailed objects are for him thankful assumptions to create new special interior pieces preferred with a new function and experience.
Old materials as bakelite and hammer lacquer are frequently used or retained.
But new materials are also needed to complete an item and for lighting a LED solution gets found.
The challenge for Ruud is to ignite the typical seen industrial objects and surprise with special and exclusive items you’ve never seen..
