French 19th C. Mahogany Round Table W/Drop Leaves & Petite Brass Caster Feet

About the Item

A French mahogany drop-leaf table from the late 19th century. This antique table from France has dual drop-leaf sides that when opened, create an over all round shape. The table is presented upon four round and gently tapering legs, which each terminate into brass feet with petite casters. These dual leaves create versatility in this piece, allowing for extra space in the room it occupies when needed. Please note that there are some scratches to the top of the table, and that there is no longer a center leaf for the table (see additional images for more detail on condition). This 19th century French table is a versatile piece with drop leaves allowing it to function as a side or console when closed, or when opened perhaps used as a center or small dining/games table.
