17th Century Yew Wood Side Table

About the Item

17th Century solid yew wood side table having a plank top with moulded edges. A single frieze drawer with brass handles and escutcheons. Raised on very nice, well turned legs and the front legs have an unusual feature of a high, turned stretcher. A traditional H-stretcher supports the base. An outstanding and rare table, being in yew wood, with excellent colour and patination.
