Black-lacquered chinoiserie work table with polychrome painted scenes on trestle base with hinged lift-top exposing lidded compartments and open cubbies, with original key plate in the form of a butterfly, China, circa 1840.
Measures: 18 1/4" wide x 12 3/4" deep x 28" high.
