Czechoslovakian Pair of Bronze Hand Painted Porcelain Plates

About the Item

This is a pair of Czechoslovakian bronze hand painted porcelain plates. It depicts a bronze mounted plates hand painted with scenes of a 19th century ball room party and the couples are dancing, playing musical instruments or talking. The plates have a gilt pink band and colorful rim with flowers. The bronze frame is made of filigree and adorned with a relief of flowers. It is enhanced with an embossed crown as a finial. Both plates have a Carlsbad label in the back and one of them has inscribed genuine bronze. They also have a little bronze ring in the upper back back to hang them.
