Original Clair Seglem Portrait Painting of a Woman in Repose

About the Item

A wonderful bohemian portrait painting of a woman in repose, by Oklahoma artist Clair Seglem. The subject in the painting is of a woman with ravishing yellow hair flipped to one side. She wears a black and white striped pajama shirt (The kind we can see ourselves going to brunch in.) and long white palazzo pants. She rests upon a red sofa couch, with a blue background. This painting is on paper and ready for framing. Measures: 23" x 17.5". About the artist: This piece is by the late Oklahoma artist and retired Air Force man Clair Seglem. Seglem painted into his 1990s before passing at his Oklahoma residence. He was known for his striking portraits and still life paintings.
