Pair of 19th Century French Signed Pastoral Paintings in Blackened Frames
About the Item
Decorate an office or study with this elegant pair of antique paintings. Crafted in France circa 1870, the hand painted artworks on canvas are set inside the original blackened wooden frames embellished with gilt accents. Each colorful picture depicts a countryside pastoral scene depicting a farm house and different farm animals resting, grazing and drinking. Each work of art is signed by the artist but the signature is unreadable. Both paintings are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn wonderful and rich colors..
