A beautiful aquatint etching by French Modernist/Impressionist artist Édouard Manet titled "Jeanne (Spring)".
The work is signed in the plate by Manet in the lower margin. It was created in 1882 and is based on his oil on canvas painting Jeanne or Le Printemps (Spring) currently on view at The Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
The work has been professionally matted and framed and comes from the prestigious Kelton Collection in Los Angeles. There is what appears to be a collection accession number on the paper frame backing.
This exact piece can be found in The Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met) in New York.
