Jay & Bill Hinz wall hanging U.S.1956 Hooked wall hanging by husband and wife team Jay & Bill Hinz. The Hinzes began working together in the late 1940's. Bill taught design and was Chairman of the Division of Design, the Craft Department, and finally, the Fiber/Fabric Department at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, SAIC, where he is a professor emeritus.
