An exceptional, fine and impressive 1.69 carat amethyst and 0.22 peridot, 15 karat yellow gold brooch; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections This exceptional, fine and impressive amethyst brooch has been crafted in 15k yellow gold. The pierced decorated, circular design displays a feature central collet set 1.69ct round faceted cut amethyst. The symmetrical millegrain decorated scrolling frame is further embellished with twelve collet set round faceted cut peridots, totalling 0.22ct. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening. This antique gemstone brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with the gold mark (15ct), the maker's mark (VBO)and the French patent mark (DEPOSE). The amethyst brooch is supplied with an independent gemstone grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The Victorian brooch is embellished with an impressive feature four claw set 8.50ct heart cut amethyst, articulating from the main setting. The yellow gold lemniscate-shaped setting is ornamented with thirteen impressive seed pearls, bordered by millegrain decoration; this setting is modelled in the form of a ribbon bow with a central overlapping knot design. The antique lapel brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. The reverse of the setting has been hallmarked with the 9ct gold fineness mark (9CT).     A fine and impressive vintage 0.30 carat (total) amethyst, garnet and peridot, 9 karat gold donkey and cart brooch; part of our diverse vintage jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 9k yellow gold in the form of a donkey and cart. The donkey's body is decorated with a textured finish representing its coat and features. The cart being pulled by the donkey is also crafted in 9k yellow gold, and ornamented with a multi-gemstone design incorporating four amethysts, two garnets and a peridot . The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety clasp fastening. This impressive vintage brooch is accented with an articulated bucket in 9k white gold, suspended from the back of the cart. This 1960s brooch is clearly hallmarked to the underside of the cart with the gold fineness mark (9k) and the maker's mark for Alabaster and Wilson* (A&W), and supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
