This is a stunning Art Nouveau - Art Deco Dragonfly Insect Moth Brooch Pin with extraordinary iridescent Butterfly Wings set in Sterling Silver. The natural Butterfly Wings are set behind glass to create the wings of the dragonfly! The jewel has beautiful period Art Nouveau Sterling Silver details and is so charming. The dragonfly insect brooch dates to the Art Nouveau to Art Deco period, circa 1890-1930. The brooch will dance delightfully across the body when worn and insect jewelry is all the rage today!
