Georgian Golden Topaz and Amethyst Cross Brooch-Pendant
About the Item
A Georgian golden topaz and amethyst cross brooch-pendant, the pendant in the form of a cross with a round faceted topaz centre, oval faceted amethyst arms and oval faceted topaz in between suspended from a smaller round faceted topaz pendant loop with a detachable fittings, all set to a cut down setting to a gold closed back mount with a brooch pin fitting, circa 1800, measuring approximately 5.2×4.4cm, gross weight 15.49 grams.
