The small brooch of impeccable design, featuring two opposing swirl or scroll patterns centered around a center ruby.
20 natural rubies in total, with a total carat weight of 2.8 carats. The center ruby 0.78 carats. 52 antique-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1 carat, F-H color.
