A pair of ruby and diamond cluster stud earrings, each earring consisting of an oval faceted ruby weighing a total of 1.57 carats, accompanied by GCS report no:5777-7872, stating that are of Burmese origins with no indication of heat treatment, set to the centre of ten round brilliant-cut diamond-set cluster, weighing approximately 1.40cts in total, all claw set to a white mount, with post and C-scroll fittings, circa 1970, later hallmarked 18 carat gold, London 2017 bearing the Bentley & Skinner sponsor mark, gross weight 4.0 grams.

This spectacular pair of Burmese ruby earrings comes from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. Featuring a central ruby of a vivid fuchsia red, these colourful and glittering earrings are sophisticated.
