A pair of diamond and sapphire cluster earrings, each earring centrally-set with a round brilliant-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.5 carats, surrounded by a border of two swiss-cut diamond-set rows entwined around eight marquise-cut sapphires, the total diamond weight for the pair including the centre-stones is estimated 2.1 carats, the total sapphire weight is estimated 0.8 carats, all millegrain-set in platinum to peg and screw fittings, circa 1950, later hallmarked platinum 900, London 2019, measuring approximately 1.7cm in diameter, gross weight 6.9 grams.
