Edwardian Diamond Laurel Necklace with Pearl Drop
About the Item
An Edwardian pearl and diamond necklace, the necklace comprising a principle garland drop, suspending an oval pearl measuring aproximately 8.2 x 5.6mm, to the centre of a diamond-set laurel leaf cluster, the two outer drops suspended from a diamond-set laurel-wreath swag with flower cluster terminations, to a fine fancy-link chain, all diamonds estimated to weigh a total of 2.80 carats, platinum millegrain-set,circa 1910, the jewelled part measuring appoximately 7.4 x 3.6cm, the chain measuring 42cm, gross weight 10.2 grams.
