About the Item
Georgian gold and enamel memorial skeleton ring. A solid D-shape gold band featuring an elongated skeleton with stylised skull and cross bones motif on a black enamel background, engraved on the inside in italic script and infilled in black enamel 'R Dunn ob 28 Jan 1731, aet 46', approximately 2.4mm in width. Tested yellow gold, circa 1731.
This ring displays incredible craftsmanship and is in museum quality condition.
