This antique Edwardian gold-shanked ring is set with a four-and-a-half carat oval-cut emerald, exhibiting the classic slightly bluish-green that signifies its rare and desirable Colombian origin. Encircled by a double line of fiery old mine-cut diamonds in a gentle halo, serving as a delicate mounting of platinum-topped 18K gold, this impressive emerald makes a sizable, sparkling adornment for the hand.
