    Cocktail ring with natural pearl designed by William Ruser. Beautiful cocktail ring, created in Beverly Hill California back in the 1950 by the jewelry designer William Ruser, back in the 1950. This ring is rare and has been crafted with a free form design in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with accents in .900/.999 platinum and .100/.999 Iridium for the settings of the diamonds. It is embellished with a natural river pearl from America and very fine diamonds. Diamonds: Mounted in four-prongs settings, with 11 round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.89 carats, white colorless F/G color, VS-2 clarity. Gemstones: Mount in the center, with 1 free form natural white pearl from American rivers. Weight: 11.25 Grams, (7.22 Dwt). Size: 7, can be sized and is fitted inside the shank with a spring sizer. Measurements: 17 mm by 23 mm (0.67 x 0.91 Inches) and raise 11 mm over the finger. Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the marks for he assay of the platinum and the gold and signed, "18KT RUSER 10% IRID PLAT". William Ruser, was an American designer and very well-known Beverly Hills jeweler. He started his career at the firm of Trabert & Hoeffer-Mauboussin in Atlantic City New Jersey, before being transferred to manage their Los Angeles location in the 1930’s. In 1947, he and his wife opened their eponymous boutique on Rodeo drive. While keeping traditional diamond and precious gemstone merchandise in stock, the Ruser's specialty was baroque, freshwater pearl jewelry. The pearl is encompassed with an Art Deco undulating stellate shaped border embellished with seventy-eight eight-cut diamonds, totalling 0.95Ct. The pierced decorated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain white gold shank.
