Antique Gorham Sterling Silver Aesthetic Period Figural Olive Spear and Spoon

About the Item

A finely cast Gorham sterling silver olive spear. Fashioned as dual-use olive spear and olive spoon. It has a 3-dimensional olive and 2 leaves applied at the center of a twig handle and leaf engravings to the pierced bowl. This variant is one of the mates to the classic, figural Olive-form bowl no. 515 by Gorham. The front has a monogram engraved to the olive. Marked with the Gorham factory mark, Sterling, and model no 267. (Aside from spearing olives, it also functions as a perfect cocktail spoon for mixing drinks!) Length: ca. 11 3/4 in. Items purchased from this dealer must delight you. Purchases may be returned for any reason for a period of 7 days.
