A contemporary Filipino artist based in the UK, Francis Tanseco was born in Catbalogan, Samar, Philippines. He studied at Concordia College, Manila. A registered nurse, dancer, artist and has been active as a painter since 2002. His paintings were exhibited at the Philippine Embassy in London in July 2012. He moved to the US around 2014. Exhibited 2010 at the Philippine Consulate.
