This duplex apartment, located in a gated mews close to London Fields, underwent a full interior refurbishment. The property had previously been converted from a Victorian factory building and retains the essence of its history with high ceilings, crittal windows and brick walls but had been neglected over the years and in much need of an upgrade and overall modernisation.
Changes to the internal layout helped maximise and improve the use of space along with aesthetic additions including; a bespoke kitchen, re-designed bathroom, custom fitted joinery and a full redecoration and FF&E package.
