Edgewater Penthouse

For this pied-à-terre with gorgeous water views, our clients were looking for something modern yet timeless, cozy but sexy. A space to entertain.

To achieve that, we created a focal point by adding a statement bar, a large kitchen island to socialize and an elegant dining room that can accommodate plenty of seating to host. Last but not least - a fun powder room!

To emphasize the hotel suite vibe desired, we focused on creating a clean, modern aesthetic with neutral, warm colors and high-quality materials.

The living room features an array of comfortable seating opportunities in blush, taupe and crème atop a subtle olive-green custom rug.

In the master bedroom, we opted for neutral colors to create a relaxing yet elevated environment. We designed a custom upholstered headboard with built-in nightstands that perfectly transitions into luxurious wallpaper.

The funky guestroom on the other hand, has a playful and eclectic vibe that channels the look and feel of a boutique hotel room. Designed to welcome the client's young adult children but also friends, two queen beds take center stage, featuring a custom-made fluted headboard in a vibrant moss green English cotton.

Finally, we converted a windowless den into a cozy home theater and office space. A dark blue colored theme sets the stage for a luscious and cozy ambiance.
