About the Item
Limited edition black and white (handmade, in a darkroom) photograph. 11x11 on 16x20 paper. Shot 2010, printed 2011 (and later). This print is #2/15 (additional copies are available upon request once this one sells). From my ongoing "Awakenings: Point Lobos & Beyond" series, which is California-specific (I live in New York).
All of my images are essentially subconscious self-portraits, that reveal themselves during my printing process. All of my work is deeply tied to my eastern leanings (I fell into photography by way of philosophy over 20 years ago, my personal work is an organic combination of the two, in the form of visual poetry.
