American
Judith Klausenstock was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Mass. School of Art and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Harvard University; additional art studies at San Francisco State University, University of California, and College of Marin. She now resides in California.
Her main media: watercolor and pastel. In her work she is primarily interested in rendering the essence of the subject matter, using light and shadows to emphasize space, color and dimensions.
Her paintings are now part of private and public collections throughout the country.
