Guido Gambone Ceramic Pottery Table Lamp in Volcanic/Lava Glaze for "La Tirrena"

About the Item

Guido Gambone moved to Florence permanently in 1950 and he founded the shop/studio "La Tierrena" and was opened till 1967, in via palazzo Dei diavoli 2, in Firenze, two years before Guido Gambone's dead in 1969. He was the main designer and director of the Studio, and worked with his son Bruno Gambone.Many pieces bear the donkey mark others just Tierrena mark. The ceramic alone size is 5 x 5 x 12.5 high. Other people collaborating in the studio were, Andrea D'Arienzo and Luli Moriondo.
